Our website is designed to make shopping online as quick and easy as possible for busy Mums and Dads! If you have any questions, need help with your online shopping or would prefer to order by telephone, simply call us on 01395 567132, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm and we’ll be happy to help.
Online Orders
To order online, simply select the Tot Socks design you want to buy, the size and quantity, and add to your shopping basket. Once you have finished shopping, click on ‘checkout’ and you will then be transferred to our secure payments page. We will send you an e-mail confirming your order.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch within three working days of receiving an order. If an item is out of stock for any reason, we will contact you with an expected delivery date. Please allow up to seven days for delivery. Your credit card will not be not charged until your order has been sent.
UK Delivery
Standard £2.50 (First Class post)
Express (next day delivery)* £5.50 (a signature will be required & orders must be placed before 12 noon).
Overseas Delivery
We are happy to send orders overseas. Orders to overseas customers are sent by airmail small packet. Overseas deliveries can take up to 21 days.

Exchanges and Refunds
We hope that you will be happy with your Tot Socks, but if you are not we are happy to refund or exchange items. Please return them to us unworn, within 28 days to:
Please be aware that post and packaging is not refundable. We advise you to obtain a free proof of postage certificate from the Post Office (UK customers only) when returning goods as we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost in the post.
